The tendency to become cooler in extremities is likely to be related to circulation problems. If there is no swelling of the feet or pain during long walks then it is not likely to be a worrisome issue. Some variation in the circulation of the limbs can be physiological also. But still it is best to consult a cardiologist to rule out any organic causes.
