Question : hi there, I'm feeling very sick in the stomach can someone help me please
Brief Answer:
bland foods, antacids
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and thanks for your question
I am sorry that you are having this problem. If it has been for a short time, 1-2 days, then it is probably a virus or some bad food. Drink sips of water as tolerated to make sure that you do not get dehydrated. Use an antacid or antinausea medicine to help you keep food and water down if you are vomiting. Try taking a probiotic. Most of these things clear up in 48-72 hours. If it has been going on longer then you will need to see a doctor to look for the source of infection or to determine if there is another cause for your discomfort.
I hope you are feeling better soon.

it ended up going away after a couple of hours. I actually got hit in the testicles with a soccer ball and i was later told that THAT was why i was feeling so sick. My testicles were incredibly sore but i had no idea that was what gave me a stomach ache. Weird.
Brief Answer:
glad you are better
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the follow up. It can certainly be that getting hit in the testicles can cause pain and nausea.
I hope you continue to feel well
