Brief Answer:
Information

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

On reading this, I am thinking that rather than the antibiotic causing sluggishness, your body is recovering from the pneumonia. Pneumonia is a severe illness. The lungs themselves are infected. And recovering from it is a stress on the body.

In addition, you still have the Azithromycin in your system. The pills are given for 5 days and last for 10 days.

A probiotic is not a bad idea. I don't know that it will help the sluggish feeling. For that you need more rest and time. Probiotics you might consider are Florajen3, or Mega Foods MegaFlora. These would be found in refrigerator sections of health food stores. The Florajen3 is carried (in fridge section) of some Walgreens too.

Unless you are feeling worse, give your body time to recover from the infection. But if you are feeling worse, then go in to see your doctor and consider getting a liver function panel and complete blood count.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.
