Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for follow up. Since more than 7 years you are suffering.
I could not open report while giving previous answer. I just now checked all 19 page reports.
There are many findings.

High cholesterol, high lipoprotien B, High C reactive protein and high homocystiene suggest risk of cardiovascular disease. You need to consult cardiologist for ECG and 2 D echo if not done yet.

Low folic acid, lower side vitamin B12 level and low vitamin D level are likely responsible for your above mentioned symptoms. Supplements of all vitamins are needed.

Your liver enzyme tests are high which suggest that your liver is not properly function. Alcohol is one of the responsible factors for the same. Please stop taking alcohol as well as you need to go for ultrasound examination for alcohol liver disease.

High Hb1ac and man glucose suggest that you have diabetes and you need treatment for the same.

High eosinophil count and pain symptoms suggest possibility of some autoimmune/allergic problem. You need to consult rheumatologist to rule out an possibility like this.

You do not have any specific stress means no psychological problem is there.

Apart from medicines you need to maintain healthy lifestyle to prevent worsening of health. This includes regular daily exercise (walking or running), hygienic food habits ( no junk food, no fatty food, preferably only home-made food with law salt and fat with more fruits and vegetables) and timely scheduled sleep. Yoga- meditation can also help.

Feel free to discuss further.
