It's been happening off and on for a week and has before. NOT a heart attack, entirely gastric-related symptoms, will pass eventually but seems to be recurrent .
Brief Answer:
Some more information is necessary.
Detailed Answer:
From your prevoius questions I can see you have some gastric problem indeed. Can you please give some more information about your current and previous symptoms. Here are the facts I need to know before giving the answer:
Do you have any abdominal pain? If so, where is it located? Does it radiate to the back? Is it associated with food foods intake? Do you have bloating, diarrhea, blood or mucus in stool? Have you lost some weight recently? Is the chest pain sharp or squeezing/burning? Have you had any diagnostic and if so please try to attach the reports.
Im looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards.

Two types of abdominal pain: gas-type stabbing pains in entire colon (both sides and across top of abdomen) with bloating; squeezing, muscular pain that starts at top center and moves downward to navel; both relieved by applying hot, moist heat pack; occasionally either may be so sudden as to cause retching and/or vomiting. Neither generally radiate to the back although both can be severe.
I have a lot of bloating no matter what I eat, and the pain does not have any apparent connection to food. I have generally been constipated, with a couple incidences of diarrhea. No blood in stool, some mucus after several days with no b.m.
I HAVE HAD NO CHEST PAIN WHATSOEVER. No recent diagnostics. I have not lost significant weight.
I am frustrated as this has returned after several weeks feeling mostly fine and active. It keeps happening without warning or provocation and begins with the extreme fatigue. I wonder if it could be IBS.

Brief Answer:
Colonoscopy has to be done.
Detailed Answer:
I can see we have discussed your issues few months ago. I have mentioned that you should have some diagnostic and for sure colonoscopy. This is still the next step as you can see it has returned. Without diagnostic, it is very hard to give you any other solution.
So please if its possible consult your doctor and have at least some basic tests. Colonoscopy is a very important at this point to rule out large intestines problems.
