Question : I have extreme itching and burning around the anal area, I think its from using flushable wipes. What can I use to start healing?

If I were your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetirizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching for 5-7 days.

This should resolve the condition.
