Question : Extreme jount pain. Was the low back, now all over. Refractory codtachondritus, pleurisy, easy infections that take months to heal. Low grade fevers

My doctor suspected Lupus but only did one ANA test and it was negative. What should i do? The sternum pain gives me back spasms. My Doc wants to treat for Fibro but i dont believe that

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. On the basis of symptoms, you could be having rheumatoid arthritis or spodyloarthropathy along with disease which affect Immunity (body defence mechanism).
To help you better, please tell me-
1. Duration of suffering and what makes the symptoms worse/better?
2. Get blood test done like Complete blood count with ESR,Serum RA factor, Blood sugar level, HLAB27, HIV and HBSAg test, if not done.
3. How many joints have pain and swelling?
Meanwhile, continue with the pain killer medicine like Ibuprofen.
