Brief Answer:
I would suggest you to get MRI

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think you need to get MRI of the spine to see if there is nerve compression in the spine and what is the cause of the compression. Most common cause is osteoporotic fracture or disc herniation or tumour.
Our further management can done according to it.
1.If it is osteoporotic fracture is there then I would suggest you to start calcium and vitamin D3 and Teriparatide injection.
2.Tablet Medrol 8 mg thrice daily. This will decrease edema of the nerves.
Get these prescribed by your local treating doctor. Please do not take on your own.
3.Bed rest.
If there is compression more then fifty percent then you might need surgery for it.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
