Brief Answer:
Multiple causes need to be checked by thorough clinical examination and investigations

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms,

There are multiple causes of night sweating that includes:

1) Hypoglycemia(low blood sugar level below normal threshold), you should follow up on your blood sugar level

2) Hyperthyroidism, a thyroid hormone profile is needed including free T3, free T4 and TSH

3) Infectious diseases eg. Tuberculosis infection, you should get a Mauntox test, sputum microscopy, chest X-ray etc. to diagnose this (under proper medical supervision)

4) Some medications such as antidepressants, Aspirin, and Acetaminophen etc.

All these should be guided and supervised by your physician after a thorough clinical check-up for proper correlation with the symptoms.

Hope this answers your query, feel free to ask further

Kind regards
