Question : Hi! I have been extremely tired. I am a first grade teacher. I drink coffee and tea to make it through my teaching day. When I come home, I am so tired, all I want to do is lay on the couch! I also have a very hard time sleeping through the night. I continue to obsess with my daughter's wedding, which was on August 2nd. I am on an antidepressant and a low dow of estriodiol. I do have an appointment with my general physician this coming week.
