Question : hi, Â my feet and palms get excessively hot and it feels so uncomfotable. it specially happen during night. They are not painful, neither do they sweat nor pins and no needles please advise me what to do and what is the causes.

I can understand your concern
Get done following hormone levels done
Thyroid profile- T3 free, T4 free, and TSH
Estrogen
FSH
LH
Vitamin B12 deficiency and routine blood test.
Variation in any of these can cause hot flashes over palm and feet.
And also any nerve injury or carple tunnel syndrome can result in to such symptoms.So you may need to meet your local physician for further evaluation
