Question : my lips are extremely dry and sensitive almost feels like sunburn on them, eating any food causes the sting from them , what can this be?

I understand your concern.Since you have already tried a lot of things which did not cause much help,this makes me think of vitamin deficiency.

Dry, cracked lips have also been associated with a deficiency of certain B vitamins. For example, although it is not a typical symptom, cracked lips can sometimes signal a folic acid deficiency.

I would suggest you to take capsules containing vitamin B and folic acid.Please take these for about a month to see results.
