Question : why does 3-4 year old get his feelings hurt so easily? and not want to discuss her feelings at all..

Children usually are emotional and attached to parents. Any scolding, prevention from their likings or refraining their wishes leads to emotional upset.
But the good thing is the effect is short lasting.
They need to be explained with love.
