Brief Answer:
Reactive hypoglycemia, migraine, tension headaches

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. If your blood glucose levels are normal even after postprandial values, then reactive hypoglycemia is ruled out. You need to be evaluated for migraine and tension headaches. Sweets are the commonest triggers of migraine. Talk to a neurologist, let them evaluate your headache, run some labs and connect the dots.

Make a diary, note all the possible triggers of headache and discuss them with your doctor. Your headache needs to be evaluated and labelled. There are 200 causes of headache and it needs a complete clinical correlation to sort it out.

I hope it helps . take good care of yourself and talk to your neurologist and let them help you in this regard finding the cause. Don't forget to close the discussion please.
