Question : My grandson blinks his eyes and both eyes roll upward after the blink. Just started yesterday.

The presentation appears to describe seizure like activity and a video EEG may be of help in diagnosis.I would suggest you to make a video clip of the event, and upload if possible.Is there any known medical history of your grandson including birth and developement history?Did he ever had seizures before?Were his milestones normal?
