Facial numbness with hand numbness indicates possibility of intra cranial nerve involvement due to cerebral ischemia. I will advise you to consult your doctor soon and do required investigation like MRI brain and ECG quickly.
High blood pressure may also lead to facial numbness with hand numbness.
