Question : Hi,
I have 4 months old baby girl. She is having hair on her face, shoulders, back and at other body parts. We tried to apply loi, a mixture of besan)/wheat flour, mustard oil, turmeric and milk. But we noticed that she developed some tiny red pimples on the applied site, hence we discontinued that loi then.

But she still has those body hair, and not sure when they will get down.

Hi....by what you quote I feel it might be a normal finding or physiological. The other possibilities I could think of are - low thyroid status (hypothyroidism) or congenital adrenal hyperplasia.
I suggest you send me over the images of excessive hairy areas especially focusing arm pits.
