Take measures as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Postural loss of consciousness may be due to syncopal attack.
The management is to get blood pressure measurement by a physician for possibility of postural drop in blood pressure.
Anti hypertension medications may be decreased if blood pressure found to be lower. Take plenty of Fluids. Avoid standing suddenly from supine or sitting position. Make some movement of legs on bed and then gradually stand.
Other possibility may be seizures but it is usually associated with tonic posture, frothing, tongue bite, urinary incontinence and any predisposition.
Third less likely possibility may be due to drug related secondary to ambien 12.5 mg, get it reduced to half.
hope you found the answer helpful.
