Question : i take oxycodone and ativan plus vyvanse i take them as dirercted but drug test showed negitive for the ativan and vyvance why?

Hi and welcome to hcm.

It is possible it test is taken more than 3 days after last dose of medicine. also if you take it for longer period then your metabolism for excretion of such substances is faster and it will be out of system in shorter period comparing to other people. also some tests dont check for ativan and vyvance,actually most of them dont.
