If the bowels have excess gas accumulation it is not unusual for you to fart while passing urine. The gas is produced due to bacterial degradation of undigested food matter in the bowels. This indicates the possibility of some underlying digestive problems. The solution could be in taking small but frequent meals and to avoid eating junk. You also need to take yogurt or curd since it contains beneficial bacteria which may help in regaining the balance of microbial flora in your bowels. You also need to walk regularly in the morning.

Avoid eating excess food or fatty foods.
