What Causes Fast Twitching And Bounding Pulsations In Arms?
Question: I layed down and got a really fast pulsating feeling in my arms like a super fast twitching it feels like it's coming from my muscles or veins it's lasting over 4mins and it slightly is going away, should I be concerned? it feels like a jackhammer but not as strong

The whole concern here about fast and bounding pulsations felt in arms and twitches as if the muscles are contracting,these are known as myokymias and they are isolated neuronal firing of nervous tissue for a particular group of muscles. These can happen where while sudden change of position or gravity like while lying done there has been a redistribution of blood to brain and also in cases of dyselectrolytemia or in cases of hypovolemia /dehydration or low blood pressure such episodes are frequent. Also evident with them is palpitations due to accompanied anxiety.But these are physiological bodily response and tend to pass away once bodily homeostatic mechanisms take over the control again.So all you may do is to drink a glass of water with some sugar and salt and these incidents shall pass off.
