Question : I'm exhausted can't move have a headache, head feels really heavy and noxious with out puking with low fever.

Hello,

Looks like infection, mostly a viral.

Few things that can help are good rest(at least 12 hours), adequate water intake, non spicy food, soups, oral antipyretics for fever and oral painkillers for headache.Antacids with antiemetics can help to relieve nausea.

Avoid junk food, too much tea/coffee, spicy food, heavy meals or addictions if any.
