What Causes Fatigue And Body Pain Along With Chills?
Question: A week ago I became extremely tired, my body ached, I had chills but no fever. I went to RedyMed and the Doctor there said I have the flu, most likely. I have been sleeping 20 out of 24 hours every day since (I began the symptoms last Monday). I never did have a fever, and after the first 24 hours I had no symptoms but extreme fatigue. My appetite is fine. I am keeping myself hydrated. I have no body aches, I am not pregnant, and all I want to do is SLEEP. I am not depressed. I am a female 27 years old.
Brief Answer:
Exercise, fruits and positivity!
Detailed Answer:
HI and thanks so much for this query.
I have reviewed your symptoms fully and I am convinced you probably had a flu attack. Your recovery seems to be taking a lot longer than usual. You would need to push harder than most others to return to functionality sooner than later. Exercise, fruits especially those rich in vitamin C such as oranges, mangoes, etc. would be very helpful in accelerating your recovery. above all, make an effort to step out of bed and be active, no matter how small the task is.
This will help for sure. Let me know how you are responding to this. I am very much available and ready to address any further concerns that you may have.
