Question : I have profound fatigue and extreme shortness of breath with mild exercise. Cardiac issues have been ruled out as well as pulmonary issues. I have no history of asthma. I do have history of endometria cancer and left pons infarct. I getting very frustrated. What else can it be? Any ideas?

After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that if the cardiac and pulmonary issues have been ruled then other cause of extreme fatigue and shortness of breath can

1. Anaemia

2. Thyroid dysfunction

3. If you are getting any chemotherapy then it can also be a reason for that.
