Brief Answer:
Regular exercise and yoga might help

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for writing in.

Yes, colitis could cause tiredness. The fatigue and low mood might be because you are depressed or unhappy.
However, obesity or being overweight could be one of the causes of sleep apnoea and breast enlargement.
If you are overweight, I would advise you to lose weight by following a good healthy diet and exercise plan.
Exercise 30 minutes a day 5 days a week.Exercise releases endorphins which make you feel good and might elevate your mood. Exercise also helps in good digestion and bowel movements.
Sign up for yoga classes which will again help treat fatigue and low mood.

However, if your breast enlargement is of recent onset, then I would advise you to visit a physician and get the condition evaluated. Sometimes liver pathologies can cause breast enlargement.

Hope my answer was helpful to you.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Please get some investigations done

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

I would advise you to get certain investigations done like hemoglobin levels, blood sugar levels, vitamin B12 levels, vitamin D levels, thyroid levels .

If any values are abnormal, it can be treated accordingly.

There is no need to take nurokind at the moment.

Hope this answer is helpful to you...
