Welcome to HCM XXXXXX
This is Dr Amit. I can understand your concern very well.
Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker. Because of its blocking action calcium channel dilates both arteries & veins as a result the pressure is reduced so it is used for hypertension management
Yes it can very well cause sleepiness, fatigue and dizziness which is mainly because of psychological stress makes blood pressure difficult to control and causes physical symptoms such as headache or dizziness. Other possible side effects of clinidipine are
1.Nausea
2.Trouble breathing
3.Swelling
4.Low blood pressure
5.Edema (water retention)
Half life of clinidipine is around 2.5 hours so the dizziness and other related side effects can last for next 4-5 hours after consuming it.
As per me if it is affecting your routine activities then i will advice you to reduce the dose to 5 mg or change to another suitable drugs after consulting your treating physician.
Hope i have given satisfactory answer to your query.

Brief Answer:
Yes you can very well wait out

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM
Thanks for the follow up question. Yes you can very well wait for few days if it is not affecting your daily routine life. It can be possible that after few days your body will respond well to it. Contact your doctor immediately if it is causing more fatigue, dizziness or any of the side effects mentioned earlier.
If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish you good health".
