Question: Hello, My husband is 66 years old and had right carotid surgery on January 9th and left carotid surgery on February 20th. He still feels very fatigued after we take our 30 minute walks in the evening and his blood pressure is fluctuating from low levels to higher levels on a daily basis. He has his post op on Wednesday, I don't feel he can even attempt to return to work at this point. Is this normal?

Please check if there is a significant drop in the blood pressure between the lying down and the standing up blood pressures.
