Brief Answer:
Take Supplement.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
You have very low level of Vitamin D. But 80% of population has been found to be deficient in Vitamin D. So, we don't relate everything now with Vitamin D levels. Since your levels are very low, your symptoms might be because of that.
There is no harm in taking Vitamin D supplement. You should take it.
Also, I would advise you to get your Hemoglobin, Thyroid Function , Fasting Blood Sugar done.
Start with Vitamin D supplement and write back to me with the reports of the tests suggested.
If you have any further query please ask me.
