Question : i am having stress anxiety confusion no appetite no energy and can physically feel my brain.
Brief Answer:
Need to take medicines
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Thank you for your query.
First of all need to know detail like since how many days you have such complain?
Is this complain persist every day?
What ever you describe about your symptoms suggest you might have either generalized anxiety disorder or depressive disorder.
You need to take SSRI (selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor ) like sertraline, escitalopram etc.. with anti anxiety medicines like clonazepam or lorazepam.
Need to continue treatment at least 6 months.
Consult local psychiatrist .
Thank you
