Hi!

Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what your daughter had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, these symptoms are involving almost multiple systems but if single reason of these set of symptoms is thought to be, liver cirrhosis can cause these symptoms. She needs ultrasound abdomen, as well KUB alomgwith baseline blood work up including complete blood counts alongwith liver and kideny functions and clotting profile.

Nausea and decreased appetite can be due to raised billirubin but raised urea should also be worked up. Blood in urine also needs to he worked up on urinalysis to look for renal cause though blood thinning due to liver condition can also contribute.

Overall health demands to be worked up properly in a medical care facility and preferably she should be admitted and managed in inpatient care departments.

Wishing her a speedy recovery. Hope this has answered your query.
