What Causes Fatigue, Body Pains, Low Appetite And Low Grade Fever?

Question: My 25 year old daughter has been feeling fatigued and with aches and pains for the last two days. She has little appetite and yesterday she had a low grade fever which has subsided with tylenol. She has also had a headache since yesterday, mostly around her eyes. Could this be some kind of sinus infection/ What should she do?

Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic,

I have gone through your daughter history and understand your concern,

She need some investigations like CBC, C-Reactive protein to know the presence of any infection. For the symptoms Tab tylenol will help to reduce them.

If there is any infection she may need a course of antibiotics with some nasal decongestants.

For now she can continue the same medicine along with this she can take steam inhalation to reduce the symptoms. After the investigations we can plan further treatment.
