Question : my symptoms are as follow. fatigue, right kidney pain, itching palms and fingers: with out rash, warm red knees, depression, loss of interest in activities, constant ache's and pains entire body.
conditions: calcified lymph nodes in lungs, cyst right kidney, node right adrenal gland, upper respiratory infections, acid reflux, 7mm kidney stone left kidney. several skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea). i have been receiving treatment for OCD, for several years. 3 past low back surgeries.
2 past positive antinuclear antibodies, but negative on diluted XXXXXXX viper venom time, (DRVVT). I still go back to a diagnosis of Lupus.

Possible diagnosis: Scleroderma

Your symptoms are more suggestive of Scleroderma than lupus.
calcified ly.ph nodes, kidney stones, chronic cough, acid reflux are more in favour of Scleroderma.
Anti nuclear Ntibodies will be positive.
Anti scl 70 and anti centromere antibodies are more specific for scleroderma .
Treatment is with corticosteroids and other immunosuppressive therapy.
Please be advised to follow up with your physician to discuss possibility of Scleroderma.
