What Causes Fatigue, Difficulty In Swallowing, Increased Appetite And Stomach Pain?

Question: I have fatigue and can not eat in spite of hunger. The food turns to garbage in my mouth and I have to force myself to swallow . Very hungry... stomach aches!!!

Can you please give some more detail about your symptoms. Since when do you have such problem? Do you have abdominal pain? Where is it located? Does it radiate to the back? Do you have vomiting? Have you lost weight recently? Do you smoke?

No vomiting no abdominal pain don't smoke (quit 1969 ) Duration of these symptoms, several days i do have an abscessed tooth

Abscess is the reason.

Well, tooth abscess is enough to have symptoms described by you. Due to this infection you may not be able to eat at all. Also fatigue is a characteristic sign of infection.
As long as the abscess is there, you will have this symptoms. So if you are able, please consult dentist. The abscess should be drained and antibiotics prescribed.
