Question : I am a 21 YOF, and I have a list of symptoms that have been concerning me over the past two years. It all started with having trouble waking up from my sleep which I have had difficulty with before I had my son, but it has gotten worse this past year, after I had my son I started to get blackout spells, fatigue, dizziness, back in February I was standing in line at Walmart and I started having Tinnitus with the ringing still going on in my ears I couldn't hear at all, at the same time i started to see red and green dots and eventually everything went black and I apparently fainted, when the medics got to me I was still unconscious. I woke up in the ambulance and I couldn't think straight, could barely talk, and I was soaking wet because I had apparently urinated on myself. They did not perform an EEG when I was at the hospital. Other symptoms have been low platelet count, inflamed liver, numbness in hands and feet to the point I can't walk because it feels like I'm walking on air but it hurts really bad. Confusion, blurred vision (on and off), constipation, inflamed stomach, severe pain in lower left abdominal quadrant, hair falling out, can't gain weight even when I eat a lot, constant UTI infections, kidneys hurt, body is constantly feeling fatigued. I have been to several doctors and specialists and no one can figure out what is wrong or a true medical diagnosis as to what I could have, besides low platelet count, low white blood cell count, and inflamed liver. I am not a hypochondriac either, I am posting on here trying to figure out if there are any doctors that might know what could be causing these symptoms. Please let me know. Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Lab reports are needed for further evaluation....

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.

Your symptoms of chronic fatigue going on for one year now, with a history of fainting and was telling to have low platelet and low white cells count with frequent UTI and kidney stones are indicative for possible blood disorder or hepatitis.

However, I do not want to precipitate into conclusions, so, I kindly ask to send to me your lab reports (complete blood count? urine analysis? biochemistry tests? or any other tests you did).

Please give more details on the medications you have tried so far and what you are using currently.

Thank you!
