What Causes Fatigue, Headache And Muscle Spasms In The Neck?
Question: Could there be some degradation of my titanium cervical spine implant (fusion at C% and C6) causing some 5 years later symptoms such as extreme fatigue, pain and muscle spasm in the neck, horrible headaches, a general daily illness? Doctor have looked for all other explanations. finding nothing wrong. its like this more than 2 years with me.

From the complaints it doesn't seem to be that the symptoms are because of the implant. You are probably suffering from neck muscle spasm or some cervical problem.
A general body fatigue can be due to thyroid disease or some other systemic disease.
You should get a thyroid function test done and consult a physician.
You can take tablet diclofenac for pain relief.
All the medicine prescribed by me will be available only on prescription.
