The combination of tiredness (fatigue), hypersomnia (oversleeping), and irritability can be related to several things. There may be a medical cause such as anemia or sleep apnea. There may be a psychiatric cause such as depression or bipolar disorder. Dry eyes are unlikely to be related to these other symptoms, and can be treated with eyedrops such as artificial tears.
