Brief Answer:
Need evaluation...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Easy fatigue can be due to various reasons. The common ones are related to anemia and endocrine disturbances. Besides these lack of sleep or psychological factors can be a cause.

I would suggest her to visit a nearest physician and discuss about her complaints. She will need battery of tests including complete hemogram, blood sugar, thyroid functions test, vitamin b12, vitamin D and few more tests.

In the meanwhile I suggest her to drink plenty of water; sleep adequately; start exercise / yoga and mediation; and add fruits and vegetables to her diet.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
