Brief Answer:
Diabetes, Hyperthyroidism ect to be excluded;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
Low testosterone level can explain a chronic fatigue but progressive tiredness with weight loss are important symptoms that need a clinical examination, biochemical exams to rule out pathologies like; Diabetes, Over active thyroid, malignant pathologies need to be excluded.
Except a detailed clinical examination, the below mentioned exams are needed;
-A full blood count
-Blood glucose and HbA1c
-TSH
-Liver and renal function tests
-PCR
-Electrolytes
Will be a pleasure to help you further after the above results.
Kind regards,
