Question: I am having fatigue, weekness, shortness of breath, and occasional pressure on my left side of chest. I also seem to sweat every time I do the smallest chore.. I'm under a great deal of stress. I also fell about three weeks ago, and hit my head hard, got a pretty good sized goose egg. Have dizziness and blurred vision, my head is still sore. I'm also sleeping more , over 10 hours at night, and more.
Could these be relTed or completely different things?

need to look for anemia and hypotension

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. All symptoms appear to be related.
2. Could be due to anemia or hypotension.
3. Need to get your blood pressure and hemoglobin levels checked.
4. If above are normal, then additionally, a stress ECG and thyroid hormone levels are necessary.
5. Have good hydration and protein rich nutrition, and do get tests done. Based on tests results, further opinion possible.

Hope it helps.
