Question : I asked Q already and can't find if it was answered. I've experienced daily diarrhea for over 3 weeks. It occurred soon after I changed my diet to mostly vegetables. I've since changed my diet back to a well- balance diet, including rice and carbs, but to no avail. Still diarrhea and gas throughout the day. Also fatigue and tired eyes.

Brief Answer:
Take imodium

Detailed Answer:
HI and thanks so much for this query.

I have reviewed your information fully. This is suggestive of food intolerance. It is less likely to be diarrhea of infectious origin. Given the duration of 3weeks and the unlikelihood of this being infectious, I recommend that we address it with an antidiarrheal drug; Imodium.

Directions: I recommend an initial dose is 4mg followed by 2 mg after each unformed stool. The daily dose should not exceed 16mg. Most of my patients report clinical improvement within 48 hours.

Keep me posted on this. Continue with the diet as it were before. Kindly update me about the progress in 48hours.

I wish you well...... and waiting for your updates.
