Brief Answer:
as mentioned

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Fatigue is a vague terminology and does not indicate the exact problem; please specify your symptoms.
The first thing for any treatment is to try to find out the cause . Correct diagnosis can help to give a correct treatment.
You already have done ''all'' blood work and all the tests. Please post here the reports for me to help more and ask for more investigations if necessary.
What other symptoms do you have?
What is the level of stress and worries you have? ( you are 30 and must be at the height of your carrier.)

The possible treatment I can suggests considering your age of 30 years to fight fatigue are:
Change whatever you can- Meaning family/ job atmosphere.
Take a rest of a few days and fly away from the daily chores.
Try to do a self-diagnosis / assessment - what is ti that is bothering you or causing you to have fatigue.
Take a balanced diet and a have a vent-out outlet in the form of not doing the things that cause you to fatigue.
Take multivitamin supplements which have ginseng .
