Dear Friend.
Get your Thyroid profile done first of all.
If that comes you to be negative then you can go for Upper GI Endoscopy.
Till then I advise in such situations to start on a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone once a day. This would definitely help you.
Start on this. Get tested and review back.
If you have any further query feel comfortable to ask me.

Dear Friend.
These tablets helps in preventing the reflux and reducing the acidity.
Many a times this reflux is the root cause of all the problems.
Stress , Alcohol , Smoking have to be avoided.
Get a repeat Thyroid Test done.
If it comes out to be normal possibility of Irritable Bowel Syndrome or Malabsorption Syndrome I would keep based on available history here.
Start on these medications. Get tested and revert back after around 10 days.
Stay Healthy

Dear Friend.
This can be a symptom of Malabsorption Syndrome , Gastro Esophageal Reflux Diseae. (GERD). All the disease I am describing have relatively similar presentation.
I am worried because you have diarrhea. Which can be a sign of Malabsorption Syndrome like Celiac Disease , Lactose intolerance.
However the workup would require Endoscopy and biopsy.
Also initially you can get along with Thyroid Anti TTG Antibody IgA test. Both are the blood tests.
Simultaneously start on medicine as I have advised.
If you have any further query please ask me.
