Fatty kindey is usually seen in obesity where the fat tends to get accumulates in the renal sinuses. It is associated with hypertension and development of chronic kidney disease. There is no known treatment for fatty kidney except for weight reduction

Here are my suggestions to you

1. Reduce weight to reach BMI of 18 to 22 kg/m
2. Check your blood pressure regularly
3. Get a urine routine done and watch for protein loss in urine
