Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

Having fecal leakage when farting is indicative for possible anal sphincter incontinence.

I advise to run further diagnostic tests to determine the final diagnosis including anoscopy.

Meanwhile, I advise to :
- go to toilet each time you feel to have bowel movements , do not delay
- avoid straining for too long or heavily
- avoid constipation
- di not practice anal sex
- apply good hygienic measures locally
