What Causes Fecal Matter In Urine And Diarrhea?
Question: the last two days I have fecal matter in my urine. My guess would be a fiscular or tear. Last weekend I had diarrhea and severe gramping. Could it have happened then? My main question: Is this something I should go to the emergency about?

Obviously yes, you should go to the emergency as you have to have an antibiotic cover from the beginning.
It is possibly due to a pre-existing condition in your bowel or the bladder which was stuck to the urinary bladder. The severe diarrhea instigated the inflamed part give away and caused a connection between the two systems.
You will require thorough investigations of cystourethroscopy, colonoscopy, fistulogram, and the blood , urine, stool tests to determine the cause and plan the surgery accordingly.

This is a continuation of ques from Sun PM. Went to my Primary Care and do have UTI and am on Zithromyacin. Dr left me a message yesterday and said that I definitely had the UTI and she would call again when she had the final results. How soon will I be able to have the contrast XXXXXXX CT scan and get this fistula or tear or whatever, fixed? Do I have to wait til infection clears up? How will it ever clear up with feces in the urine? Thank you for your answer.
