Question : feeling cold to the bone

                                    Brief Answer:
Thyroid
Detailed Answer:
Cold intolerance can be a sign of 'hypothyroidism', ie an under active thyroid. A simple blood test like TSH can help diagnose this condition. And you might as well get CBC and CMP done too.
Muscle aches can be from a host of problems too but sometimes it can be from low vitamin D levels. The blood test for this is 25 hydroxy vitamin D. It can be expensive unless covered by insurance. So check with your family physician
There is no need to fast for any of the above tests. They can be done at anytime of the day
