Question : I have a fullness in my left ear. There is NO infection but an unusual mass behind ear drum. I have unusual urine findings in my 24hour urine test showing elevated normethperines and metpherines. not sure of spellings. I have flushing tachacardia high blood pressure naseau and vomiting and severe headaches. Taking medications for all and just keep getting worse. Any ideas?

The extent and size of the mass can be assessed by a contrast c t scan and the treatment decided accordingly.
