What Causes Feeling Heat Radiating From Neck To Chest?

Question: I'm 76 years old. The symptoms I experienced started with heat radiating from my neck to my chest. Felt almost like a hot flash but worse and lasted longer. Besides, I'm much pass menopause. The experience seemed to take a lot out of me. Had to sit for a long time to recover.
