Brief Answer:
increased basal metabolic rate. needs investigatio

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through the query and understood your concern.

Feeling hot, heavy sweating and loosing weight is due to increased basal metabolic rate of our body. The most probable cause is due to increased thyroid level. Other common causes are anemia, diabetes etc.

So for diagnosis you need to get evaluated with few investigations like thyroid profile, complete hemogram and blood glucose level. These will help in diagnosing the cause.

I hope you don't have any other health problems / menstrual problem.

I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask for any further queries. I will be glad to answer them.

Wish you good health and faster recovery.
Regards
