Such symptom can be caused by several issues including low blood pressure and arteriosclerosis.
If the fingers are cold only in one limb, and it has appeared suddenly, parestesia and pain are present, acute arterial occlusion can be the reason.
If the cold feeling is present from time to time, chronic changes in the arteries and impeded blood circulation is the most probable reason.
If you have also dizziness, weakness, low blood pressure can be the reason.

I suggest you to consult vascular surgeon with this issue. Arteries ultrasound should be done.
